Also as a Mental Health First Aider and a Learning Support Assistant.

Fynn says; “ArtPlay is all about us as adults, re-connecting with and healing our inner child through play and art in a safe, supportive space. Where the focus is on ‘playing in the moment’ rather than creating art. Though that can happen. Involving utilising a vast scope of mixed media and toys (provided) as tools to enable us to get back to playing like we did as kids. It is a very healing, therapeutic practice that helps us learn how to implement this as a tool, to consistently and positively support our own mental wellness in our lives, long-term”.
